A woman with long brown hair smiles outdoors, bathed in natural sunlight, reflecting the warmth of human connection. She's wearing a dark jacket over a white blouse, subtly hinting at a professional interest in consumer behavior. The blurred background suggests a bustling street scene.

Hi, I'm Jen Clinehens (MS, MBA), the founder and Managing Director of Choice Hacking.

I started Choice Hacking in 2019 as a side project while working as the Head of Customer Experience at a big London ad agency. I wanted to help my Fortune 500 clients use behavioral science, marketing psychology, and predictive AI to create more effective customer experiences and marketing.

After its humble beginnings as a weekly Medium blog, Choice Hacking attracted nearly 100k followers and soon moved from being a side project to my full-time gig. We now have a presence in London and New York City but work with folks worldwide.
